- Yes — Free is genuinely free. Your storefront, PayNow, scheduling, and up to 50 orders or bookings a month. No card, no trial countdown. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.
- What happens when I hit 50 orders or bookings in a month?
- New orders and bookings pause until the next month, or until you upgrade to Pro for unlimited. Your store and all your data are never touched.
- What's the difference between Pro and Business?
- Pro (S$12.90/mo) is everything most home businesses need — unlimited orders and bookings, card payments, analytics and loyalty. Business (S$39/mo) adds profit and expense tracking (cost & margin per item, monthly P&L, CSV export for your accountant) plus your own custom domain (your-brand.com) — connect one you own, or we register one for you (first year free, up to US$25/yr; .sg not yet supported). If you don't need those, Pro is all you need.
- How do customers pay?
- PayNow QR is built in on every plan — the buyer pays and you confirm in your bank app. On Pro and Business you can also turn on instant auto-confirmation and card payments via HitPay (HitPay's own transaction fees apply, paid to HitPay not Selka — see HitPay's pricing for current rates). Whatever the method, Selka never holds your money or takes a cut of your sales.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Anytime, in one click. You simply drop back to the Free plan and keep your store.
- Do my customers need an app?
- No — for customers it's just your link and WhatsApp, nothing to download. For you there IS a Selka app — it just skips the App Store: open your dashboard on your phone and add it to your home screen, and it installs like any app, with push alerts the moment an order lands.
