Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Selka, a product of Fluxo Pte Ltd. By creating a store or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Selka lets merchants publish a storefront and receive orders or bookings, with the order details forwarded to WhatsApp. Selka provides the software only — the sale is between the merchant and their customer. Selka is not a party to that transaction and does not take possession of goods.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must have the right to sell what you list.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Selka for illegal goods or services, fraud, to infringe others’ rights, or to abuse the platform (e.g. spam, attempts to access other merchants’ data). We may suspend stores that breach these terms.

Payments

  • Customer payments are made directly to the merchant via PayNow or the merchant’s own payment provider. Selka never holds your funds.
  • Paid plans (e.g. Selka Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring basis and can be cancelled anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Payment-provider fees (if any) are charged by that provider.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for fulfilling orders, the accuracy of listings and prices, applicable taxes, and for handling their customers’ personal data in line with the PDPA.

Availability & disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and secure but don’t guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selka is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes between a merchant and their customers.

Termination

You can stop using Selka at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or where required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
