🍵 Is oh my tea officially launched yet?
No, we are still in the soft launch and promotional phase. The prices now are promotional prices and will change once oh my tea has officially launched.

📍Where do I pick up my order from?
We are located in the Bartley Beacon estate, postal code 360221. Exact block and unit no. will be texted to you after order and payment are received.
⌛️ What if I don’t pick up my order within my chosen pick up time?
Your order will be held for 2 hours past the end of your chosen window period and will be disposed of if not collected by then.
🚚 Does oh my tea offer delivery?
Not for now. But you can arrange pick up with external delivery partners like GrabExpress, Lalamove etc. at your own cost and inform us so we can make the necessary arrangements.
💳 What are the payment options?
Payment is via PayNow only. A payment QR will show on the screen after you have placed your order.
📨 How do I contact oh my tea?
You may contact us via DM on Instagram @ohmytea.sg. All feedbacks, positive or negative, are deeply appreciated. It helps us to improve on the standard of the drinks and/or efficiency of order delivery. We will assist you promptly.
📋 Can I bulk order?
Yes, but only at least one day in advance for orders more than 10 cups. Contact us via DM on Instagram @ohmytea.sg to make the necessary arrangements.

oh my tea is still a passion project, for now, and not a full fledged business. The woman behind the scenes of oh my tea has other commitments as a wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend so is unable to commit to fixed, consistent hours.
